The lost recipe

Right, so… In the video, I can see that I’ve been checking the vats and equipment one by one. I’ve written down a letter for each vat, but they don’t form a word…
Normally, I remember the order of the brewing process using a special word. Like a mnemonic that only I understand. But now the letters don’t form a word.
Here are my notes and a sketch of the vats. Hopefully you can help me find the word.
Hint 1
Follow me as I walk through the brewery and look at the diagram. It shows all the vats and some of the equipment in the brewery, each marked with a number. I think you’ll be able to work out what I’m looking at whenever I write down a letter.
Hint 2
I have written a letter for each of the eight objects I examined in the brewery. And on the brewery layout, each of those objects has a number.
Hint 3
What if you arrange all the letters in the order indicated by the numbers on the diagram?
