It may happen that during a busy period, all our English boxes are already rented. We might be able to convert Dutch escape rooms into English. Additionally, it's sometimes possible to pick up an escape room from us in Hollandscheveld (Drenthe). If the date on the calendar is no longer available, feel free to send us a (WhatsApp) message. We can then explore the options together.

Absolutely! Both the manual and most of the puzzles are bilingual, ensuring everyone can join in. The manual provides clear setup instructions in both languages. Simply choose whether you want to watch the introduction video in English or Dutch. If a player isn’t comfortable with the chosen language, you can easily share the video link in the other language – for instance, the Dutch version on a phone while the rest watch the English video together.

We ship the escape room(s) as standard 3 delivery days in advance with PostNL. PostNL usually delivers the next day to your adres or pick up point. You can expect the escape room to arrive 2 days before your play date. The exact delivery date and time depend on our shipping partner PostNL, you will receive a track-and-trace code from them.

Please select the date on the calendar for when you want to play the escape room. The day after playing (excluding Sundays), the escape room should be returned, so it's important to enter the correct date. We will ensure that the escape room is delivered to you on time. We send out our escape rooms three delivery days in advance with PostNL. Typically, you'll receive the escape room the next day. So, well in advance! For exceptions with different return/shipping dates, please contact us by email.

Follow the regular steps to order the desired escape room(s). As a business customer, you have the option to pay by invoice. Within 2 working days, you will receive an invoice for your order based on the provided invoice details (company name is required). It is possible to have the order shipped to a different address than the billing address.

With an extra game round, another group gets the chance to take on the challenge for a small additional fee. You'll receive a special guide and extra props to reset the escape room for the next team, and you can have it ready in just 15 minutes. This means you can play the escape room consecutively with two or more teams. And if you really want to up the ante, with two escape rooms you can compete simultaneously in teams in an exciting race against time and each other. Play together in one space with the video projected large on a screen or in separate rooms with a laptop or tablet for each escape room. Who will crack the codes first and escape the fastest? Get ready for a magical, unforgettable experience full of mystery!

You can play the escape room with more people, but please be aware that with more players, each person will have less to do, and communication (and the experience) can become a bit chaotic. In exceptional cases, the escape room can be played with 7 players, but with 8 or more, we recommend splitting the group and booking an additional escape room or extra game round.

Many of our escape rooms are played during weekend getaways. You can have the escape room delivered to a nearby PostNL pickup point, or (upon agreement) to the park's reception desk.

Voorhovens Vennootschap is a fun and comprehensive escape room with a difficulty rating of 3.5, designed for players who have already experienced some escape rooms before. It's perfect for enjoying with colleagues, friends, or family. If you don't have much puzzle experience yet or your group consists solely of young people (aged 14-16), Operatie Voorhoven might be a better option to start with. While this escape room is still challenging, it is more accessible.

Yes, you can! Both escape rooms can be played separately without spoilers. Since they take place in the same mysterious city with the same characters, it’s even more fun to experience both. You can play them in any order, but if you want to follow the story chronologically, start with Operatie Voorhoven.
